职位描述 Position Description:
管理媒介预算, 安排媒介广告发布的策略、计划,跟踪执行。
Manage the media budget, make the media advertisement strategy and plan, and follow the execution.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities:
1、在代理公司的协助下,拟定年度媒介投放策略,建议预算。With the support of media agency, draft the annual media strategy, and recommend the media budget.
2、拟定每一个广告行程的媒介计划,包括投放时间、媒介种类、投放频次以及预算。Set up the media plan for each campaign, including the on air time, media mix, frequency and budget.
3、对媒体代理公司提交的媒介排期进行质量管控,并实时监媒体投放的执行质量。Quality control of the spot plans recommended by the agency, and supervise in real time the quality of execution.
4、设定媒体效能指标,进行行业对标,跟踪、优化媒体投放的效能。Set up the media performance dashboard, and benchmark , follow and optimize the efficiency.
5、更新目标受众洞察、了解媒介趋势,应用新的技术,提升媒介效能。Keep updated with the the TA insight and media evolution, and apply them to improve.
6、对广告代理商进行管理、工作质量及效率进行评估。Manage the media agency, control the quality and evaluate the performance.
7、和公关、digital、事件、调研等部门协调,将媒介计划纳入总体营销计划。Synergize with PR, digital, event and research and integrate the media into the whole picture of marketing action pla.
8、保持和区域及经销商的沟通,让区域和经销商了解总部的媒介计划,并指导区域和经销商的媒介工作。Keep contact with regions and dealers, keep them be updated of the media plan of the HQ and guide the media work of regions and dealers.

任职条件 Qualifications:
1、在媒介策划领域有5年以上的经验,了解国内各种主流媒体的特性。experience in media strategy and planning over 5 years, expertise of main stream media in China.
2、在主机厂有3年以上的工作经验。Over 3 years working experiences in OEM car manufactory
3、大学本科毕业Bachelor degree
4、精通EXCEL Proficient in EXCEL
