职位描述:
主要职责/Major Responsibilities :
1、跟进经销商的运营状态,更新经销商运营信息,如经销商DMS人员核实、联系方式更新等 Follow the dealer's operating status, update the dealer operating information, such as dealer DMS staff information validation, contact updates, etc.
2、管理经销商的合同,包括合同更新、存档维护等 Management of the dealer's contract, including contract updates, archiving and maintenance, etc.
3、实时监控各项运营指标及报表数据,根据分析结果及时发现、解决各类问题,协助部门经理制定相关的改进方案 Monitor operation index and data, analyze and solve problems, assist department manager to prepare improvement plan
4、建立、完善融资风险防范机制,为上级提供各项数据信息 Establish and improve financing risk control mechanisms and provide data information to upper levels
5、检核系统中各项相关客户信息及业务记录的及时、准确更新 Check information in the system to ensure the accuracy of the data in the timely manaer
6、支持并推动区域经理(销售与售后)管理经销商网络部相关的综合业务 Support and Drive District Manager (Sales and Aftersales) in Dealer Network relevant business management

任职条件/Qualifications:
1、至少3年在汽车主机或经销商厂网络部管理方面的工作经验 Proved Experience – minimum 3 years – in OEM or Dealer Network department management
2、具有良好的沟通技巧和具备客户导向的心态 Good communications skills and a Customer oriented mindset are necessary
